Any and all information provided by you to is safe and secure. I will not sell or disclose any personally identifiable information regarding my customers to any third party.

I do not accept returns on paintings or prints unless item(s) are lost or damaged and proof can be provided. I can only refund the item cost, and do not refund shipping on said item(s).
Higher priced paintings will have to be insured via USPS, UPS or FEDEX

I use USPS parcel post for all prints unless otherwise requested and shipping is adjusted within the US. Overseas shipments cannot be tracked unless Fedex or UPS is used and shipping is adjusted. All paintings will be insured and shipped via US priority mail for tracking within the US. Overseas painting shipments will not be tracked unless another carrier is used and shipping is adjusted.
I am not responsible for customs charges.
